Booking & Cancellation Policy for mardells

• Deposits: A 50% minimum deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to move your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a future date provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the remainder of the service balance being charged to your card on file.
• No Exceptions: This policy applies to all clients and all bookings to ensure the smooth running of the salon.
