Changes to the way bookings are taken.

The business is implementing new booking requirements starting today to address a problem with clients booking appointments and not showing up or canceling without notice. The change is a response to clients using cards with insufficient funds or cards that are later declined after a no-show. Even after visa verification, and despite the majority of loyal clients being punctual or providing advance notice.
